Judy Moore

Nurse Care Manager

RN

I believe in a holistic approach to developing shared goals and a comprehensive plan of care for my patients and their families. Each child has their own unique care path. I work collaboratively with families, specialists, support teams, schools and communities to achieve the ultimate health outcome.

About me

Judy earned her BSN degree from Medical University of South Carolina and has spent most of her career working in hospital NICUs and PICUs. She also spent time as a school nurse before joining the PANW family. She enjoys supporting families and children with complex health needs. Her extensive pediatric work history working with some of the most medically fragile children in the hospital prepared her for understanding the long-term medical, behavioral, and emotional needs many families experience. Judy works in our Tigard office.

Interests

At her core, Judy loves volunteering in her community, especially in the pediatric community such as schools and foster care support centers. When she isn’t busy volunteering and caring for patients in the office, she enjoys cooking for friends and family as way to explore different cuisines. Her favorite so far is Thai- the spicier the better!

Family

Judy and her husband love spending time with their 2 grown boys. They often explore vineyards and local restaurants, and even take cooking lessons together. An experienced hiker and travel enthusiast, Judy once spent 3 days and nights backpacking through the Appalachian Trail. During weekends at home, Judy and her mother, can often be found gardening in the yard while her dad supervises and supplies them with tea-time breaks.
