We are thrilled to share that online scheduling is back! Schedule your child’s appointments online through our secure Patient Portal. We know how important this feature is for busy families on the go so we have been working hard to be able to offer it once again. Managing your family’s care is now even more convenient!
What does this mean for you?
- 24/7 Availability: No more waiting on hold or waiting for office hours to call. The online scheduling feature is available whenever and wherever you need it. Log in and schedule anytime, day or night- between sports practices, after the kids are in bed, or 2 A.M when a fever spikes….
- Quick & Easy Access: Simply log into your Patient Portal account, select an appointment reason, provider and/or office location, and view available dates and times. Choose what works best for your schedule!
- Appointments at Your Fingertips: Book appointments for all your kids and view all upcoming visits in one place.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Make sure you are a registered patient and have been set up with a secure Patient Portal account. If you don’t have an account yet or need help logging in, our friendly team can assist you.
- For new patients who need to book their very first appointment, please call to schedule so we can add additional time for you and your child’s provider to get acquainted at this initial visit.
- Both well visits and urgent care visits for illnesses and injuries are accessible through online scheduling.
- Our experienced triage nurses are still here for medical advice and urgent injuries & illnesses if you are not able to find an appointment online.
- Online scheduling for well visits shows appointment options up to 3 months at a time. If you are unable to find an appropriate appointment online, please call us.
- Appointment types like mental health concerns, follow-ups, lactation, immunizations, and procedures can be more complex and require additional information to schedule accurately. Currently, these are not available to book online. Please call our office.
How to get started:
- Log in to your Patient Portal account. From the homepage, click on Schedule Appointment from the Upcoming Appointments section.
2. Select the Patient’s Name and Appointment Category– either well visit or sick visit.
3. Choose an Appointment Reason, Provider, and Location. You may leave the Appointment Provider and/or Location blank to see all available appointments.
4. Select an Appointment Date and Time from the options shown.
5. Confirm your appointment selection by clicking Schedule.
