As a proud member of the Children’s Health Alliance and Children’s Health Foundation, an association of pediatricians that work together to improve children’s health in Oregon and SW Washington, we conduct this survey annually to ensure we are providing the best care possible for your family.

Customer Service
We are making huge strides in our customer service and scoring higher in our helpfulness, courteousness, and respect.
Convenient Services
Offering Flu & Covid vaccines for the entire family continues to be a major satisfier for patients.
2. What We Will Work to Improve:
Education Around Urgent Care Hours
We can do a better job of educating patient families about our availability of urgent care appointments, especially on weekends and holidays. We offer same-day urgent care appointments everyday, including every holiday and weekend. Our nurse advice line is also available 24/7 to help guide families.
Follow-Up On Results
We will work on providing better follow-up on test results by ensuring all results are addressed and families are notified in a timely manner.
